The Corporation of the Town of Mono is seeking Tender Submissions from General Contractors interested in prequalifying for the opportunity to bid on the Coles Water Tower Painting and Rehabilitation project in the Town of Mono, Ontario. The Scope of Work (SOW) includes the supply of all labour, material, and equipment necessary for the exterior reservoir painting, internal liner repair, and the completion of miscellaneous items of the Composite Elevated Tower (CET) (i.e., the Coles Water Tower). The Project Management Team (PMT) includes representatives of the Owner (The Corporation of the Town of Mono) and the Consultant (R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited) In general, the project will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Exterior reservoir painting and rehabilitation of the Coles Water Tower.
• Spot corrosion repair and exterior surface preparation.
• Application of epoxy/polyurethane coating system to the exterior elevated tank.
• Interior liner inspection, repair, and National Sanitation Foundation – 61 (NSF-61) approvedepoxy touch-ups.
• Disinfection of the water tower and cleaning of the concrete pedestal interior.
• Supply and installation of exterior graphics and miscellaneous tower accessory upgrades.
