The Work is the construction of a new four span, 163 m Precast concrete girder bridge with a 24.7 m wide platform over 16 Mile Creek, located at Whitlock Avenue, Milton, Ontario for MP3 Cost Sharing Trustee Inc.  The work includes: 

  • Construction and removal of temporary access roads;
  • Excavations in earth and rock for pier foundations;
  • Driving steel H-piles for abutments and retaining walls;
  • Construction of Concrete foundations, piers, abutments, and wing walls;
  • Fabrication, delivery, and Installation of 44- CPCI 2300 precast concrete girders;
  • Placement of approximately 1000 cubic meters of cast-in-place concrete deck;
  • Construction of approximately 110 m of approach roads and sidewalks; and
  • Removal and restoration of access roads.
